The CRC SmartWasher is a mobile parts and brake washer that cleans without toxic, flammable solvents. It works by bioremediation: the OzzyMat® filter holds 'Ozzy' microbes that, once the water-based OzzyJuice® degreaser flows through, come to life and 'eat' the grease, oil and organic contaminants washed off your parts — converting them into harmless carbon dioxide and water. The fluid is left clean and ready to reuse, so a single unit generates only a few kilograms of waste a year.

Temperature-controlled to keep the microbes working at their optimum (around 40-46°C), with a fitted brush for mechanical cleaning. This starter kit ships fully assembled for fast installation and includes the SW-23 washer, 5 containers of OzzyJuice SW-4 heavy-duty degreasing solution and 3 FL-4 OzzyMat filters. Ideal for automotive workshops and industrial parts cleaning; the sink holds heavy loads. Use only genuine OzzyJuice and OzzyMat consumables to keep the microbes alive and the warranty valid.
