The rubber cap keeps water and dust out, making it suitable as a starter or horn button on machinery, boats and exposed dashboards. The circuit is on only while the button is pressed.

Do not remove the rubber cap or front nut when fitting. Mounts in a 22.5mm hole in panels up to 2mm thick.
