Gates V-belts use a fibre-loaded neoprene (polychloroprene) compound for heat and wear resistance, moulded notches that reduce bending stress around small pulleys, and form-ground sidewalls for a precise fit in the pulley groove. In the Gates size code, 13A is the 13mm top width and 1245 is the 1245mm belt length.

Listed applications include the Toyota Hilux and Alfa Romeo Alfetta - see the Applications tab for engines and years. Fitment can vary with engine and accessory options, so check against the old belt before fitting. Replace belts that are cracked, glazed or frayed, and set tension to the maker's specification - an over-tight belt wears bearings, a loose one squeals and slips.

  • 13mm top width x 1245mm length (1254mm outer)
  • Moulded-notch design flexes easily around small pulleys
  • Fibre-loaded neoprene compound resists heat and wear
  • Form-ground sidewalls for a precise pulley fit
  • Fits Toyota Hilux, Alfa Romeo Alfetta and more
  • Built to meet or exceed OE specifications
